Liekeland is the label I founded in the Summer of 2011, during my studies in Breda. From my workshop in Helmond, where I work and live with Dave and our cat and chickens, I illustrate my own designs and on commission.
The paper on which the illustrations are printed is from Arctic Paper from Sweden. With only a minimum amount of water and energy Arctic Paper produces ecological and FSC-certified types of paper. This paper is then printed by Roelofs Art Libro in Enschede. Liekeland’s bags are made from firm organic cotton, in a fairtrade factory with ink on water base. To ensure that all products arrive in great condition I pack and prepare them for shipping myself.
